House Rules: Timing, Noise, Attire & Filming Limits

To ensure smooth operations, guests should arrive no more than two minutes early and leave within five minutes of their session ending. Extra time must be requested at least one hour in advance; unauthorised overtime is charged at triple the hourly rate. Noise should be kept low when entering or leaving, and music must remain at a low volume. Shooting is not permitted in communal areas, outside the building or on the lower balcony. Cover-ups are required when moving between rooms, and doors must remain closed during lingerie or boudoir shoots. These rules ensure safety, privacy and professionalism.

We Have Cats - Please consider this if you are allergic or nervous around animals. Our cats are very friendly and have never hissed or scratched anyone — however, they will not be locked away, so bear this in mind when booking.
This Is a Family Home - If you plan to shoot on the upper levels or stay overnight, please discuss this with us beforehand so we can make the necessary arrangements.

The Shangri-La – House Rules

To keep everything smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these guidelines during your shoot location hire:

Under 18s: All under-18s must be declared before arrival and must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times.
Timing: Please arrive no more than 2 minutes early. You have 5 minutes after your session to pack up and leave. Sessions finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
Extra Time: Any additional time must be requested at least 1 hour before your session ends and is subject to availability. Unauthorised overtime is charged at three times the normal hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes. We run a tight schedule, so please ensure any extra time is booked and paid for in advance.
Noise: Keep noise to a minimum when entering or leaving the property. Music is allowed at low volume only. No loitering outside the building, especially late at night.
Filming: Filming is not permitted in communal areas or outside the building. The lower balcony is off-limits. The upper terrace may be used for shooting. Exterior shooting of the building is allowed where agreed.
Attire: Cover-ups must be used when moving between rooms. Doors should remain closed during lingerie or boudoir shoots.
Hot Tub Use: Please shower before use. Oils of any kind are not permitted. Guests must bring their own towels.
General Conduct: Nudity is not allowed. Smoke machines are permitted. All ages are allowed in the space, provided that 18-year-olds are accompanied by a chaperone.

Access, Facilities And Property Use

Space & Crew Access: Crew access is permitted. Stairs and a lift are available for easy access. A staging area and makeup room are provided.
Equipment & Loading: Equipment loading is permitted. Please use designated access routes and take care of the property.
Furniture & Decorations: Furniture and decorations may be moved. Any large-scale movement must be discussed in advance. The property must be left as found by the end of the shoot time.
Security Cameras: Clearly visible security cameras are located in the main entrance and kitchen. These can be turned off for filming if required.
